CMFI USA

Christian Missionary Fellowship International (CMFI) was founded in Cameroon by Professor Zacharias Tanee Fomum, (of blessed memory, 1945-2009), where he started the ministry in 1975 by establishing house churches in the city of Yaoundé, and then branched out to other towns and cities throughout the entire nation. Then, In 1993 Brother Zach, (as he was fondly known), sent out the first CMFI international missionary couple to the Democratic Republic of Congo. This was the beginning of the "CMFI Missionary Enterprise."  As time when by missionaries from Cameroon were also sent to the USA to plant churches and make disciples of the Lord Jesus. Thus,  since the  early 2000s, several CMFI churches have been planted both in the USA and Canada. CMFI USA is the regional platform of CMFI which coordinates the missionary endeavors of  all the churches in the North America region that are associated with Christian Missionary Fellowship International. Our mandate is the making of disciples (followers of Jesus), which is in accordance with the great commission:  ""Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.'' Amen." Matthew 28:19-20 NKJV
